10 years of pattern recognition
Junior designers solve the problem in front of them. Senior designers recognise the pattern behind it — and fix the right thing. That's the difference between decorating a broken flow and redesigning it.
02
Days, not weeks
First Figma frame within 48 hours. We work in your sprint cycle, not around it. No waiting for an "availability window."
03
Research before pixels
Analytics reviews, user interviews, usability testing. We identify the real problem before opening Figma. We identify the actual problem before touching Figma.
04
Dev-ready handoff
Full specs, component notes, interaction annotations. Engineers don't guess. We stay online during QA so what ships matches what was designed.
05
Pause. Cancel. Resume.
Month-to-month. No 90-day notice clause. Pause with one Slack message when you're between rounds. Resume when you're ready.

Your senior designer, 3 days/week. Sprint-ready. Slack-accessible. Cheaper than a full-time hire by a lot.

  • Design system maintenance
  • Pause or cancel monthly

A full-time senior designer: $120k+/yr. Just saying.

Questions. Answered honestly.

Who actually does the design?
One senior designer. That's it. 10+ years of B2B product design, across marketplaces, fintech, and enterprise SaaS. One point of contact from discovery through handoff — no account managers, no relay race.
How fast can you start?
Within a week of our first call, typically. We don't need 3 onboarding workshops, 2 kickoff decks, and a brand questionnaire. We need your product access and a conversation.
What if I need more than 3 days/week?
We can discuss a higher-intensity sprint for crunch periods, or stack a project on top of the retainer. We're flexible humans, not a SaaS pricing page. Let's talk.
Do you do user research too?
Yes. Research is baked into how we work — analytics reviews, user interviews, usability testing. We won't make things pretty if the problem is structural. That's how you end up with a beautiful product nobody understands.
Will you work nights and weekends?
We have feelings. Standard hours, async communication, fast turnarounds for genuine emergencies. Burnout produces bad design. This is actually a green flag — you want a designer who's rested and thinking clearly.
What tools do you use?
Figma for design. Loom for async updates. Slack for day-to-day. We fit your workflow — not the other way around. You won't need to download 7 new apps to work with us.
